Our Story

Having a career in retail buying for almost 24 years, I always had this lil tucked away dream of owning something myself.  I decided to follow my heart and take a leap of faith towards something that felt right.  

We are a beach loving family that lives right here in South Carolina less than 5 minutes away from Sullivan's Island where we spend quite a bit of time.  I knew I wanted my shop to carry that kind of coastal, southern vibe.  Salt Meadow Mercantile was created based upon that, straight from my soul.
